Situated on the Southern Coast of England, and originally built in 1877, the Langtry Manor hotel in Bournemouth is one of the true classics. Built by King Edward VII, then the Prince of Wales, as a love nest for Lillie Langtry, it was a permanent rendezvous whenever they needed it.

The Hotel is situated in the perfect location not just in relationship to the beaches and coast but also a few minutes walk to the Bournemouth main shopping and Commercial Centre.
The rooms in the Langtry Manor all evoke a sense of history where style and comfort ruled the day. A variety of rooms are available including 'The King's Room' which is the Room where Edward VII would stay. Lillie Langtry Suite which belonged to his mistress and of course the Princess Alexandra Suite which belonged to Edward VII's wife. In the Kings room you will be met a by the original large hand-carved four poster bed on the opposite side of the room a cozy fire and for the summers a large balcony over-looking the front of the main hotel.
