All StudioPLUS hotels feature homelike amenities that cater to long-term travelers such as weekly housekeeping and an on-premise coin-operated guest laundry. Although most guests stay for a week or longer, all hotels offer nightly rates.
Most StudioPLUS hotels offer a fitness center and an outdoor pool or spa. Both the deluxe (about 425 square feet) and queen studios (about 300 square feet) have a living area, chair, coffee table, TV with remote control and cable, voice mail with free local calls and a computer data port, plus a separate kitchen with a coffee maker, microwave, utensils, a stove and a dining table. The sleeping area has a queen size bed and a dresser. The deluxe studio also has a pull out sleeper sofa.
To keep rates as affordable as possible, StudioPLUS hotels don't have restaurants, bars or meeting space - amenities that typically raise room rates.
