Rustic exteriors compliment National Park setting 18 miles inside the Mesa Verde park.
The road to lodge switchbacks 1,500 feet through lush valleys and canyons and offers spectacular views and photo opportunities of snow capped peaks and wildlife.
Purposely the lodge does not have in room TVs or phones to preserve the tranquility of the natural setting.
All rooms have balconies with views into three states and awesome stargazing opportunities.
