The new Aladdin Casino Resort is located on the site of the original Aladin Hotel and Casino, which was imploded on April 27, 1998. It was re-opened August 18, 2000 following a $1.3 billion investment in development. As old gave way to the new, the tradition stayed but the experience intensified creating a true Las Vegas experience.
The Las Vegas Aladdin hotel offers 2,567 rooms in a main building of 38 stories and two 23-floor towers. The spacious guest rooms at the Las Vegas Aladdin Resort include a large desk, a large upholstered chair, and two telephones, a computer with flat-screen monitor and high-speed Internet access.
Bathrooms feature a Euro-style deep-soaking tub, separate stall shower, and marble vanity. A fabric headboard, muted colors, and wood furniture create a warm atmosphere.
Comprising more than 100,000 square feet, the Casino supplies Slots, Video Poker, Blackjack, Craps, Roulette, Baccarat, Pai Gow, and a sports book. Located on a mezzanine level, the posh London Club provides an additional 35,000 square feet of gaming space. Aladdin Casino Resort is also featuring one of the largest collection of shopping, dining and entertainment in Las Vegas.
The Aladdin Resort and Casino is now the Planet Hollywood Resort Casino.
