The suburban community of Lawrenceville, GA is located at the northeastern outskirts of the greater Atlanta metropolitan area, about 30 miles from downtown and just south of the I-85.
Points of interest in and around Lawrenceville include the Gwinnett County courthouse, built in 1885 by architect Edmund Lind, the Female Seminary building, Gwinnett County Veterans War Memorial Museum, Lawrenceville Historic Cemetery which some claim to be hunted by ghosts.
