The 1927 Roosevelt Hotel Hollywood is located along the Hollywood Walk of Fame, across the street from Mann's Grauman's Chinese Theatre.
The 305 remodeled, oversized guest rooms at the Roosevelt Hotel Hollywood 12-story tower are stark, with minimalist decor (white walls and bedding), thick carpets, dark wooden bed frames and desks, large windows that open, down comforters, and tiled baths with glass shower doors.
Baths and closets in some rooms are separated from sleeping quarters by short hallways, and some rooms have baths with shower stalls. Original handprints in cement by contemporary celebrities hang in some rooms, and eventually will be installed in all tower rooms.
The rooms in the renovated 2-story, poolside cabana are cozier, more colorful, and more private, and offer amenities similar to the tower rooms.
An elegant restaurant and cozy bar dominate the Spanish Colonial lobby, and an Olympic-size pool is fringed by palm trees.
