McCall is a year-round recreational resort town nestled along Payette Lake, at an elevation of 5,000 feet above sea level. It is 100 miles north of Boise and is surrounded by the Payette National Forest.
The town's main attraction is the Brundage Mountain Ski Resort offering skiing, snowboarding and cross-country trails. During summer the area offers numerous biking, fishing, hunting and water sports opportunities.
