The Coconut Malorie Resort is a Colonial-style resort located in natural wetlands overlooking Isle of Wight Bay, six blocks from the Ocean City boardwalk. Several restaurants are located within three blocks of the resort.
The 85 guest suites, renovated in 2004, feature Caribbean-style wicker furniture, ceiling fans, DVD players, jetted tubs, separate living areas with sofa beds, private balconies and kitchenettes with microwaves and mini-refrigerators.
For recreation the resot has a seasonal outdoor pool with sundeck, a fitness room, billiard room, arcade, table tennis, and board games.
