The city of Pratt is located in southern Kansas, about 80 miles west of Wichita, near the Ninnescah River.
Visible from afar, Pratt has two tall water towers, which, as a practical joke, were marked 'hot' and 'cold'. The joke gone national and the towers are now Pratt's most famous attraction.
Other points of interest in and around Pratt include Pratt County Historical Museum, Lemon Park Nature Trail, Pratt County Veterans Memorial Lake, KDWP Nature Education Center and KDWP Fish Hatchery.
Hotels and motels in Pratt are all located within 5 miles of downtown and offer easy access to area attractions and businesses.
