The town of Seward Alaska is nestled between Resurrection Bay and Mount Marathon, at the end of a125-mile National Scenic Byway from Anchorage.
Seaward is gateway to the nearby Kenai Fjords National Park. Most of the park is only accessible by boat tours departing from Seward's boat harbor daily during summer months. The only part of the park that is accessible by car is Exit Glacier located just northwest of town where visitors can walk up close to an active glacier.
